Definition
Extended remuneration lists are agency business documents used to settle remuneration list conditions from agency documents at different times and for different business partners (vendor and customer).
The remuneration list (collective vendor billing document) is defined in the Business Object Repository (BOR) as an SAP business object (type: BUS2126002). For more information see Business Objects, BAPIs, ALE Interfaces in Agency Business.
Use
You can only use this function if you use SAP Retail.
You can use extended remuneration lists instead of the standard remuneration list. The system ensures that you can create remuneration lists from an agency document using the standard function or the new extended function.
Extended remuneration lists can be used if you want to create the following:
· Multiple remuneration lists from one agency document
· Remuneration lists for both business partners (vendor and customer) from one agency document or
· Remuneration lists for a recipient that differs from the business partner in the agency document.
You can also use extended remuneration lists for subsequent settlement, for example, of sales-dependent scaled conditions. In addition to the rebate settlement at the end of the year a rebate advance payment (for example, with every invoice) is also possible. The following functions exist for rebate settlement:
· Business volume comparison
· Simulation run
· Single document statement
You can also use extended remuneration lists to simulate remuneration lists.
You can create or simulate remuneration lists from single settlement requests, settlement request lists, vendor billing documents, posting lists, customer settlement documents or expense settlement documents.
The remuneration lists created with the extended function operate in the same way to standard remuneration lists and are edited using the same transactions and reports (except during the actual generation process).
For more information on additional uses see Remuneration List.
Integration
For more information on integrating extended remuneration lists see Remuneration List.
